This is the X version TorqueBeast 50 and there are 2 different RPM versions of this motor. These Motors have RIDICULOUS TORQUE, These motors will work on a stock esc, BUT will work much better and to get the full function of this motor you will need to run them on an aftermarket esc such as the Mofo RockWolf Esc, Dinky Rc esc or the Furitek esc.

TorqueBeastX 20K  Is the lower speed version at only 20,000RPM it is slower than stock motor speed. Will have a slightly better low speed control and lower rpm torque than the 30K version when used with an aftermarket esc. 

TorqueBeastX 30K  Is the one you will most likely want. 30,000RPM for better top speed and obstacle climbing that requires more wheel speed but still has an amazingly smooth low speed control and torque when used with an aftermarket esc. 

TorqueBeast is one of very very few motors that can claim Direct bolt in for the Scx24 and Ax24. This motor DOES NOT require a different motor mount and instead has the same mounting bolt pattern as the stock 030 motor. PH2.0 motor connector for plug and play, Simply remove old motor and install new motor. Plug it in and go! Some models will require you cut the passenger side front battery tray leg off for fitament.

GEARING OPTIONS

AXIAL - The stock axial scx24 / ax24 uses the mod.3 gear pitch, The Stock motor pinion gear size is mod.3 and has 11 gear teeth. If you have not changed the spur gear or transmission on your scx24/ax24 then the gear selection you want is the mod.3 11t, Currently the only other gear pitch for the scx and ax24 is Mod.5, Mod.5 has larger gear teeth and less teeth count on the gear. If you have changed your transmission and are not sure what gear pitch you have count the teeth on the gears when you remove your spur gear cover. The stock spur gear will have more than 50 Teeth on it and will be mod.3 If you have 50+ teeth on your spur gear you have mod.3, If you only count 30-35 teeth on the spur gear you have mod.5 and will need the mod.5 option. The motor pinion gear for mod.5 will have 7 or 8 teeth on it.

MORE SPEED? - The better option for more speed would be purchasing the mofo rc Buzzsaw OR BuzzsawX motors or a larger motor such as the Big Block, Big BlockX or the TorqueBeastX 180. 

Other Models? - The Torque Beast 50 Motor will fit many other models but you must do your research before purchasing for other models as gear pitch and teeth count and pinion depth may be different.
